Based in Nova Scotia, we are the students of the DEVI International Boarding School, a non-profit high school attended
by students from all over the world who live and learn by the practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation.
DEVI stands for dignity, enlightenment, values and integration; the founding principles of our school and the tenets of
our everyday lives. Learning the essence of all faiths and following the teachings of globally-recognised spiritual
leader, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, meditation is incorporated into our everyday lives as a tool for inner peace and the
integration of the innate and eternal qualities within mankind.
Entirely student-created and led, this page is the hub of our news updates, artwork, photography, creative writing and
opinion columns. We are very excited to showcase our work and keep you updated as we look forward to our fortnightly
releases.
We aim to create a platform where our student body can share its ideas, thoughts and art (both written and visual) with
the world. We aim to raise awareness of our school and its cause, which, being a non-profit organisation, is a noble
